Upcoming Shipping Schedule Notice
Please review our temporary shipping schedule adjustment:
- Shipping Pause: No orders will be shipped between Saturday, July 25th and Sunday, August 2nd.
- Cutoff Time: Any orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, July 24th will ship upon our return on Monday, August 3rd.
- Order Processing: Once we return on August 3rd, all pending orders will be shipped in the order they were received.
- Website Status: Our website will remain fully open and operational during this time. You are welcome to place orders as usual, but please note that no shipments will go out between Saturday, July 25th and Sunday, August 2nd.

Local Pickup Orders: Any pickup orders placed online during this time will not be fulfilled until we return on Monday, August 3rd.
- Our physical retail stores are unaffected! They will remain open and operating standard business hours during this time—this shipping pause only applies to orders placed on polishpotterywestlake.com.
