Shipping Costs

The below shipping costs apply only to orders placed for shipping within the contiguous United States.

Shipping information for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders can be found below.

Shipments that are returned to sender, or refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, and shipping costs or fees incurred by returning the shipment to sender will be deducted from the customer's refund. 

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping, Customs, Taxes and Duties

Any additional customs, taxes, or duties incurred beyond the price of the pottery and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Polish Pottery Westlake does not pay international customs, taxes, or duties on behalf of the customer.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 10 days after receiving the item.

If 10 days have gone by since you have received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
Sale items over 40% off are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original stickers must still be attached. Returns that are sent without meeting these qualifications will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Broken Pottery

Broken pottery will be replaced or refunded (excluding shipping) pending product availability. If pottery is broken upon receipt we must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Photos of broken pottery and box received in must be sent to receive a refund as well as for us to file a claim. We will take responsibility for filing all claims with our shipping partners.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within five (5) business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. However, our typical processing time is within 2-3 business days.
